3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item(s) received
- A clear photo of the packaging and shipping label
We will review the issue and provide a resolution, which may include:
- Replacement of the damaged item
- Partial or full store credit
We do not provide monetary refunds except in rare cases where a replacement is not possible.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Delivery errors caused by incorrect addresses
